1. Data we collect
When you use Klyr, we collect information you provide directly (such as your email address and diagnostic inputs) and information generated by your use of the service (diagnostic results, referral activity, anonymized usage events).
If you connect a financial account through our partner Plaid, Klyr receives read-only account, balance, and transaction metadata. We never receive or store your bank login credentials.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to generate your financial diagnostic, deliver product updates you've requested, improve Klyr's models, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third parties
We rely on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers: Plaid (account connectivity), our cloud hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
4. Data retention
We retain account and diagnostic data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict use of your personal information. Contact us to exercise any of these rights and we'll respond within applicable legal timeframes.
